Binder jet 3D printers process a range of materials, from casting sand to reclaimed waste stream products, and are designed to deliver complex parts at production scale. We integrate our digital workflow to deliver molds and cores faster, in the absence of labor and with less scrap.

The S-Max® 3D core and sand mold system grows complex sand cores and molds directly from 3D CAD data, eliminating the need of a physical tooling. The ability to cast within hours without hard tooling improves the entire casting process flow.
