3D Sand Printing

Our investment in a ExOne S-Max Pro 3D Sand printer further strengthens our position as your go to partner for metalcasting solutions.

Proximity.  Less Travel = Lower Cost + No Damage.

  • Reduce lead-times and solve your logistics concerns as we are conveniently located in the heartland of the metalcasting industry.
  • Quickly produce and re-produce previously impossible shapes and complex geometry.
  • Consolidate complex cores to reduce assembly while minimizing process-related defects.
  • Iterate design changes without the time and/or investment in traditional long lead, cost prohibitive tooling.

This 3D Sand Printing technology is proven to save time, reduce costs, eliminate complex core assemblies, while improving throughput and margin.

This 3D Sand Printing technology compliments additive manufacturing tools already in service for plastic and metal components, allowing Versevo to lead and provide “Momentum in Metalcasting”!!

“The purchase of this equipment truly separates us from our competition, providing leading edge technology to our valued customer base. Our goal is to quickly scale this business unit within our organization and continue to lead our industry.

Faster innovation and production with additive manufacturing from ExOne

Binder jet 3D printers process a range of materials, from casting sand to reclaimed waste stream products, and are designed to deliver complex parts at production scale. We integrate our digital workflow to deliver molds and cores faster, in the absence of labor and with less scrap.

The S-Max® 3D core and sand mold system grows complex sand cores and molds directly from 3D CAD data, eliminating the need of a physical tooling. The ability to cast within hours without hard tooling improves the entire casting process flow.
