Candidates must have experience creating 3D parts and tooling models utilizing their tool making background together with the latest in 3D modeling software (Solidworks, ProEngineer, UniGraphics, or Catia). Associate degree or Tool & Die/Patternmaker journeymen is a plus.

Candidates must be able to perform CMM measurements to validate tooling and production parts, should have a solid understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerance, gage control, and gage R&R studies, ability to use calipers, micrometers, and gages to measure critical features. Proficient in CMM operations and programming with PC-DMIS is a plus.

Candidates must have experience creating 3D toolpaths utilizing their machining background together with the latest in 3D toolpathing software (Cimatron, PowerMill, WorkNC, or Mastercam). Associate degree or Tool & Die/Patternmaker journeymen is a plus.

Candidates must have a basic understanding of CNC production machining centers, 1-3 years of CNC machining experience, and ability to run multiple machines, use micrometers, calipers, and other inspection gages.

Candidates must have 2-5 years experience setting up, maintaining and running vertical and horizontal CNC machines, ability to perform machine set-ups, select proper tooling, run multiple machines, use micrometers, calipers and other inspection gages, and the ability to edit programs.

The desired candidate will have a strong knowledge of engineering and manufacturing process development for tool, cast, and machine projects, specifically related to the sand cast, die cast, permanent mold, and lost foam casting industries. This position will require working closely with customers and understanding their technical and commercial requirements. Our Project Managers must be capable of leading a diverse team of sales, engineering and manufacturing personnel, ensuring timely completion within budget, and meeting/exceeding stakeholder expectations. Strong written and oral communications, as well as exceptional organizational skills are a requirement.
